AR2EZ Refund Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026. AR2EZ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime through Settings once self-serve billing is available, or by contacting support@ar2ez.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.

No partial-month refunds

Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, AR2EZ does not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features after a monthly subscription charge is processed.

Downgrades

Plan downgrades may be prorated through Stripe where supported. Any prorated credit is applied according to Stripe billing behavior and the plan change selected.

Billing mistakes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support within 30 days with the account email and Stripe receipt information so we can investigate.
