AR2EZ Terms of Service

Last updated: April 30, 2026. These draft terms are adapted from open-source SaaS terms patterns and should be reviewed before legal reliance.

These Terms govern access to AR2EZ, an invoice follow-up SaaS operated under the AR2EZ DBA unless a separate legal entity is later confirmed. Contact: support@ar2ez.com.

Service

AR2EZ helps users upload or enter invoices, parse invoice fields, manage customer contact details, connect Gmail and later Outlook, and send invoice follow-up emails only after user approval.

Plans and payment

AR2EZ may offer Free, Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe. You authorize AR2EZ and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, taxes, and authorized plan changes until canceled.

User responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, invoice, and customer information.
  • You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of invoices and messages you upload, draft, approve, or send.
  • You must maintain authorization to contact the customers you message through AR2EZ.
  • You are responsible for securing access to your email and AR2EZ accounts.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

Do not use AR2EZ for spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive or misleading messages, harassment, phishing, malware, illegal debt collection practices, infringing content, sensitive regulated data not needed for invoice follow-up, or any activity that violates law, email-provider policies, Stripe rules, or third-party rights.

Email sending

AR2EZ is designed so nothing sends until you approve. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize AR2EZ to use OAuth tokens to draft and send approved messages on your behalf. You can revoke access through your Google/Microsoft account settings or by requesting account deletion.

Cancellation, refunds, and downgrades

You may cancel anytime via Settings once self-serve billing is available, or by contacting support. Refund and downgrade terms are described in the Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, spam, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using AR2EZ at any time and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AR2EZ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that invoice extraction, email delivery, payment processing, or third-party integrations will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR2EZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
